ROTFLMAO.........good one...though I could do without the image of MO tugging on too small stretch pants about now. Have you ever read Evanovich's series of books about Stephanie Plum? Lula has a vast spandex wardrobe of too small clothes. funny. now I'll be picturing MO in the roll of the former 'ho, Lula....

“Lula's borderline too much of a good thing in lots of ways. It isn't exactly that Lula is fat; it's more that she's too short for her weight and her clothes are too small for the volume of flesh she carries.” ― Janet Evanovich, Plum Lucky

Reading your remarks about the character Lula, I was reminded of one of my mom’s paperbacks I read on the sly when I was 10 or 11-I always had an insatiable curiosity for the forbidden-used to do that a lot. The main character, an unrepentant rake named Mario or some such described one of his many recurrent shack jobs thus: “she was mostly overfed and overweight, though she could still just manage voluptous in a good girdle, after a couple of weeks of melba toast and canned tuna.”

I can’t remember the name of that novel, but I’ve always found that passage to be very descriptive of an overly plump, loose woman.
