That whole “titles and nobility and we’re better than you are because of our bloodlines” crap? Blech.
Ahem...with great power comes great responsibility.
But she’s not a “titles and nobility” sort. She comes from a very hard-working, middle-class family. It’s nice that the prince fell in love with a smart normal girl and married her instead of marrying someone with a title and kennel papers that go back to Boadicea. She’s doing very well in her new job.
And remember, that “titles and nobility” stuff adds a lot to England’s bottom line in terms of tourist dollars. It’s a business. They keep the royals etc. around for a reason: revenue.
