Wonder if he could be forced to pay child support for those children...name should not have been made public...another person that doesn’t look ahead to possible consequences in this day and age..

The answer is yes. Regardless of any prior contractual agreement between a known male sperm donor and a female recipient, the welfare of the child has been and continues to be the overriding concern in any court regarding child support, whether or not the sperm donor waived parental rights, and regardless of involvement in the child's life or no involvement. The sperm donor is on the hook legally if the mother decides to pursue it, if he is known.
