So you know Easter is the celebration of the linchpin event in all of human history. Since the actual word “Easter” isn’t used in the Bible, it’s not valid as a reason to celebrate?

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

No - I know Easter is the celebration to the goddess of fertility.

Why not instead celebrate what Jesus celebrated - Passover - as is commanded in Exodus 12:14?:

Exodus 12:14

New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Feast of Unleavened Bread
14 ‘Now this day will be a memorial to you, and you shall celebrate it as a feast to the LORD; throughout your generations you are to celebrate it as a permanent ordinance.’

I don’t see a lot of wiggle room in interpreting “permanent”.
