Do you honestly believe the courts will let Newt’s “you can be permanent residents, but you can’t ever be citizens” stand?

Probably not and that speaks volumes about newt and the Constitution. Is he just pandering for hispanic votes or will he just claim that his plan is not workable and institute a kennedy styled open amnesty for all invading enemies of our American culture?
