I live in Pinellas, Pasco’s high-brow sister, and I agree that Pasco is the armpit of west central Florida.

They are, however, getting better, esp. in the eastern parts of the county. Most of the trash lives west of US 19.

Yes, I would agree with you. I was thinking mostly of where I grew up, which was unfortunately in Dade City, San Antonio, St. Leo, Zephyrhills, area.
