Rather than address my points, you dismiss it all as deflection. I see you won’t be moved. Blind adherence to the law is what you desire.
If that riding mower could go faster than 10mph, I’d consider it more of a hazard. Drunk in public is a more reasonable charge than DUI for a riding mower. Crossing the street drunk is every bit as dangerous as a riding mower.
So, if someone is drunk and in a motorized wheel chair, that’s DUI?
