Grid tied.. that's not a bad thing. But as you know no matter how much fuel you have it will run out. I only asked about the propane because I've found that going off grid means to most people going on propane
PS: You have a serene spread. Beautiful too. Here is a pic of some of my front yard. Much more difficult to trench, lol.
