I have never in my life had someone else pump my gas. Are there still some states that do not have self service gas stations?

There are two.

One is New Jersey and the other is... ...not New Jersey.

Washington, maybe? or Oregon?

Oregon for one. It keeps a few thousand high school drop-outs out of the bread line.
