What is the reason the state requires someone else to pump your gas? Sounds like a payoff to someone....

*shruggs*...to help Oil Industrial Engineers, that’s what it say’s on their visa’s when they apply for entry to the US, so that they could have jobs...

To me the most intriguing part of New Jersey's gasoline pumping laws/policies is that despite the need for station owners to pay employees to pump fuel, and despite high fuel taxes, New Jersey has lower gas prices than neighboring states.
