Just thought I would post this to give a lift to everyone in this time of liberals, RINOs and elitists running for the Big House. I was 17 when RR gave this speech and I remember it well, but please...When did I step through a time machine? 30 freakin years gone in the blink of an eye.. Anyway, what got me is he could be talking about today. It gave me chills, he literally could give the same speech in 2012 and nobody would know the difference - with the exception of maybe the "inflation" term. "Big government is the problem, tax system that penalizes successful achievment, out of control spending, deficit, threat of terrorism"...Absolutely amazing speech. And BTW, is there anything greater than Jimmah Cahta being forced to listen to this front and center?

LOL My God, it IS the same as 1981. A friend of mine worked for the Secret service for 24 years and he told me the difference between Democrats and Republicans is the Republicans will always show up in the Oval office wearing a suit, but the Democrats will show up wearing anything such as Bill Clinton wearing shorts and a tee shirt or even grunge gear. No respect for the office.
