The article doesn’t say what court this is in. It refers to a court, a judge, a case and a docket, but no specifics, except the name of one lawyer. I’d assume it’s in a federal court, but where, in DC/NY/CA? Do you know where is this going on?

What I’m trying to ‘get’ is ... yes, there IS a ‘secret court’ for Homeland Security type issues, and I *think* it’s in the DC Circuit. But in those cases I don’t think a lawyer can send someone down to the courthouse to look up the docket (all of which is online in most federal court cases).
