I don’t blame you for being upset about your daughter’s school “project” - That is really frightening!!! What has happened to our America?
It's the left wing NEA and teachers union. You'll be surprised how much information they have on you. They collect it through the children, and "correct" the children who learn from YOU. And, if you try to start trouble for the school, they'll use what they have against you.
They have them answer questioners, draw pictures,etc. They have the children do things their parents would object to, to teach the kids how "silly" their parents are.
For example. A Kindergartner knows not to use other peoples hair brush because of lice in the public schools. The Nurse will do a lice check, but use the same brush on every student. If a child speaks up, that child is made to look foolish around the other kids. Silly mommy!
Another is religion. In art class, they may have the kids make idols from around the world and learn about these different Gods, because "they're all the same." Silly mommy!
Plastic bags over the head is another trick. Kids find out how wrong mom is when it's incorporated into a game. Silly mommy!
The kids learn the teachers (indoctrinators) are always right and fun, and the parents are always wrong and mean. The kids grow up following the indoctrinators, and hating their parents for being so ignorant.

I recall in the late 1950s in south Florida, we were asked identical questions to bring in the next day for class in elementary school (such as a list of what you had for every meal the past week). Supposedly, this is because we were studying “health”. Obviously, my parents and I knew enough not to say a word about anything, and I just made up a fake list since that was absolutely none of their business. Socialist mindsets have been gaining ground in America for way over 50 years.
