The department store has a policy in place that allows transgendered individuals to use the fitting room of the gender they have chosen.

How is a normal person supposed to tell the difference between those who think they are "transgendered individuals" and run of the mill transvestites, transsexuals or common perverts?

Does the store provide training? Should Transgenders be issued a license so they aren't mistaken for common perverts?

Maybe the "transgendered individuals" should be required to wear a sign something like this:

NOTICE:
I AM NOT AN EVERYDAY PERVERT
I AM A TRANSGENDERED INDIVIDUAL
