Sounds like there might be more here than meets the eye.
This is the news that we awoke to this morning. Filling in more details from what I’ve heard on various radio news this morning.
New Albany head football coach Ron Price and his wife, Amanda, were shot while in their back yard around 10 pm last night. This is in a close, nice neighborhood inside the city of New Albany. Mrs. Price took their dog out and surprised somebody in their back yard. She was shot when she screamed. Coach Price responded to his wife’s screams and was also shot.
Amanda Price died of her wounds. Coach Price was wounded in the shoulder. He was treated and released from the Tupelo hospital. The murder leaves a kindergarten aged daughter without a mother.
I guess we are going to have to start packing heat just to walk our dogs in our own back yards. This is really a sad, sad story.
That is in my neck of the woods. Went to the Tupelo newspaper site and it only had a very short paragraph about it. It said it was an incident, whatever that means. Will keep checking.
Another shooting involving government employees?
With a never ending conga-line of perverted and twisted government employees, who do you believe?
I guess I watch too much Forensic Files but I had a bad feeling when I heard this on the radio. I hope they catch the shooter. No matter who it is.
Wife murdered, husband only shot. Sounds so familiar.
What I would like to know is this: He must have had the shot, why would you respond to just the scream when there was an obvious shot before the scream. That would tell me to grab the gun and approach with caution without busting out side willy nilly. Sounds funny to me.
