In warm weather, water vapor would be the dominant greenhouse gas. In very cold weather, there is little water vapor and CO2 would have a higher impact.
So any increase in warming due to CO2 would mostly involve milder winters, with summer staying pretty much the same. Wouldn't this be a GOOD thing?
