Dr. Zawodny appears to have some clout at NASA Langley, so I would say it is more than one or two flakes. But, as you said, not NASA as a whole.

it's probably much more important to be concerned for con artists who peddle hard narcotics ~ they trick people out of their money, and then their lives.

I reserve my ire for situations where murder occurs ~

I'm concerned about con artists using LENR to sucker people out of their money.

I am as well. Remember when the fact that he wasn't soliciting investors was proof of his device. Now, he's looking to collect 10,000 suckers investors and no one eve notices which shell the pea is under.

From PP:

What is LENR?

LENR is a form of nuclear power
However, LENR is NOT cold fusion
Transmutation products most consistent with neutron absorption process
Decay products readily thermalized
Gamma rays are screened out
Very likely linked to the resonance of the hydrogen in/on the metal lattice
Despite claims to the contrary, devices that can be turned ON/OFF not yet demonstrated

Wasn't LENR originally called, "Lattice-Enabled Nuclear Reactions (LENR)???? from: You tube presentation Well worth watching.

There also something unusual going on, they publish their experiments so that other could try to repeat them and other have recreated them. Why, that's a wonderful idea, why doesn't Rossi do it?

Why is it now called Low Energy Nuclear Reactions?

It would be really small, would take 4 hours to warm up and do nothing.

Don't forget to mention the little puff of steam.

Why, you're a regular, Florence Nightingale. Or at least this version of your multiple personalities.

I guess it's OK to scam folks money as long as it's not those con artists who hold a gun to people's heads and force them to use drugs.

Here’s my standard ‘ignore’ post to Lx.

This will be my standard post to you that says you’re not worth trying to have reasonable discussion, also says “buzz off” & doesn’t leave crickets. Maybe you should sign up for a few more years of therapy.

Hey moon, there’s an obsessed lunatic in the room. Can you spot him?? No? Are you sure, he’s right there. Keep looking, he shows up on every LENR thread.

What is LENR? What are the particles involved? How are the reaction rates calculated? What particles should be detected in order to verify that nuclear reactions are occurring?

Hey Moonie,

I’m with you. All this excitement over a little thing like excess heat in a jar full of chemicals? Shite, I put vinegar and baking powder in a baby food jar and get more action. So, I’m just gonna stick my head up here... where the sun don’t shine fer while, an put my fingers in ma earz...

BTW, read the peer-reviewed science. It’s on a thing called the internet.

"Why, that's a wonderful idea, why doesn't Rossi do it?" Dunno Lx... Why didn't Edison send his light bulb spec to every physics lab in the country?? Huh? Trade Secret? Intellectual Property? Proprietary Technology?? WTF?? Who needs that?? Hey, let's issue an FOIR; maybe Coca Cola will give us their secret recipe. FYI, the effect is also called Lattice Assisted Nuclear R... It's a phenomenon without a working theory. So what?

They have drugs that stabilize people from having these crazy bouts of mania along with severe bouts of depression. It's not a reflection on you, sometimes folk's brain chemistry is out of whack.

Then again, most sixteen year olds are like that anyways.

Didn't Edison have a pretty convincing demo, apply voltage, light, lights up. Remove voltage, light goes dim.

Do us all a favor and avoid using words that you don't know the meaning of until you look them up and become an expert via Google/Wiki.

What's a FOIR? Is it something like a FOIA-Request? Is it something you can use against private companies? Is it a floor wax and a desert topping?

Finally, While Edison was a genius, he was also kind of a scumbag; ask Tesla, Georges Méliès and George Westinghouse.

Maybe you should contact NASA and warn them before they get suckered by Rossi's scam. Sounds like they are in danger of taking the bait... (/s)
Don't worry, it looks like NASA has Rossi's number (LINK):
Bushnell failed to mention that NASA had already made attempts to perform due diligence on the Rossi device. Some of the people involved in those attempts were in attendance at this workshop.

In the timeline shown in Nelson’s slides, Nelson omitted the Sept. 5 and 6, 2011 Rossi device tests performed in Bologna for engineers representing Quantum Energy Technologies. NASA representatives were present both days.

One of the eye-witnesses, a former NASA staff member, saw problems from the moment they arrived there.

“Rossi changed the game totally.” the witness said. “From the test plan, the device, everything. There was nothing there that we had agreed on. He had a 30 liter reservoir in there and he wouldn’t even let us see what was in the box or weigh the box.”

The Sept. 5 demonstration was inconclusive; Rossi’s device sprang a leak. The Sept. 6 demonstration was inconclusive; there was no outflow of steam or water.

On the second day, when the former NASA staff member asked Rossi if his device had an internal reservoir, Rossi became enraged. Quantum’s engineers left but NASA engineers offered to come back in a few days to give Rossi time to fix the flow. Rossi declined their offer. He said he was “too busy.”

Lx, your suggestion to ask a bunch of DEAD guys about Thomas Edison indicates a severe psychic schism. YOU may think you can talk to DEAD guys... many your age in their dotage do; just don’t expect us rooted in the real world to join you.

Now explain again how your super batteries deliver quadruple mileage before the engine turns on??

I'm afraid that you are on the far left side of the Bell curve. Did it occur to you to look up their names in Google, based on the amount of B.S you spew, we know you're familiar with Google and Wiki? Only a complete moron with severe organic brain damage would take what I posted, translate it into something else and then imply that I think those folks are still alive.

You have been judged...

...The Evidence before the court is, incontrovertible, there's no need for the jury to retire, In all my years of judging I have never heard before Of someone more deserving than The full penalty of law.

The way you made them suffer, Your exquisite wife and mother, Fills me with the urge to defecate!!

"Go on Judge, sh** on him!" Since, my friend, you have revealed your deepest fear, I sentence you to be exposed before Your peers. Tear down the wall!

Again, I feel like I'm watching the older and bigger kids picking on a kid with Down's syndrome and me being unable to do anything about it. It's unfair to you as you can't help it, you were born that way.

I see you're avoiding posts 158 and 159 and I have to wonder why...
