Both the Bushes were pro-elitist, and anti-American-citizen. They only "love" the Country Club part of America. Neither Bush was conservative by any stretch of the imagination. They were only slightly less communist that their Democrat opponents.
In GWB's first inauguration, he refused to pledge to uphold and defend the "Constitution of the United States", instead opting for the insulting wording "uphold the laws". In 2005, he didn't repeat the insult, and every video of the 2001 inaugural oath/insult had already been scrubbed from the interwebs.
