Cain is on TV right now bowing out of the race. He’s toast. Is ending his campaign. He says he will be making an endorsement in the near future. Hmmm, wonder who he will endorse? Gingrich? Romney? It won’t be Perry, for sure. Will be interesting to see who it is he endorses. But Cain himself is giving his swan song this very minute.
