Sorry for the delay in updating, it has been crazy busy around here the past few weeks.
I started writing this update Sunday evening, but became side tracked with family stuff. Which it seems that is a good thing, since I received yet another update yesterday.
Tony is now home! Praise God!
He said he cannot stop grinning, and last night woke up several time just to make sure he was really home. This morning he was able to eat a piece of bacon and some eggs, and they actually tasted good. His immune system is still not up to par, so he cannot have contact with many people and has to wear a mask and gloves when he goes out. For the next two weeks he has to make several trips back to Houston for blood and bone marrow tests ~ which he says he doesn’t mind because he is home.
He asked me to thank each of you for your prayers, and let you know how much he appreciates them. I also want to thank all of you for your prayers. God heard your voices.
Whenever I am finally able to see Tony, I will print this thread for him to read.
