I can’t see into the heart of the person who coded the web site, and I will even concede to you that deception is a possibility, I’m just saying that I’ve run across other things that seemed similar to me that did not seem like deception. I’m not a tricky person, so maybe I just lack the imagination to see it. If it is deception, it seems like an elaborate, yet lame plan with little to gain, the ‘deceived’ simply closes the follow up web page if he’s not interested.
