I am not voting for Cain in the primaries anyway, so no. Herman doesn't know enough about policy to be President. The damage from the various bimbo eruptions are a result of his own mishandling of them.
The latest one could have been put to rest easily had Herman simply come out and explained this 13 year friendship, why he was in regular contact with her, why was he helping her financially, and why his wife doesn't appear to have known about it. Instead he remains vague which leads many to believe where there is smoke, there is fire. It is not enough for his supporters to claims she is a low rent piece of trash. Yup, she appears to be exactly that - but this being the case, why on earth would Cain be giving her financial assistance? Cain just doesn't adequately explain any of this and because of that the story will never go away.

We still have Bachmann and Perry. They can pull it out, if they work hard, educate themselves and fight back.
If Cain can be taken out with his sex scandal, so can Newt. As soon as the public is reminded of Newt’s 3 marriages and where he met the “future first ‘lady’”...it will be over for him as well. Newt has too many waiting scandals. Newt is the one Obama wants to run against.
Well, Newt’s hands aren’t clean in this, but the difference, I guess, is that Newt is so knowledgeable on the issues, whether you agree with his stand or not. But it would be hypocritical to give Newt a pass on his past, but say it is a disqualifier for Herman Cain. Like I’ve said before, let Herman Cain be disqualified because of his policy stands or lack of knowledge on the issues, but not because of dirty tricks by an opponent.
