I’m sorry, but I don’t read Greek, and I’m unfamiliar with Greek corporate law. I am familiar with US corporate law and with researching companies here. I have to rely on someone else to provide evidence proving that Defkalion is unrelated to Rossi. Until that evidence appears, I will assume that it is the same as every other “customer” and “partner” of Rossi’s to date: a related entity.
