Unfortunately, what happens is that people have a tendency to assume that somebody else has dealt with it or that somebody will and so they pass that responsibility onto everybody else.
It’s called diffused responsibility.
What is it called when they just step over his body to get to the next item? That is diffused responsibility? I think that is thoughtless, heartless, cruel, tactless, and greedy to say the least.
