Demon in human form is RIGHT. I've worked with psychopaths, and the words people used to describe them were "predator", "soulless", "vampire", and yes, "demon". Those damn predator eyes they have give me the creeps.
The one I was referring to is articulate, charming and intelligent. Able to *pass* as a caring human being and was a successful liar practicing the long con. Got away with child molestation and just general sloth and only a pretense of achievement until he was 44. Talked his way out of things or was given the benefit of the doubt or found a legal loophole. Even now, in prison with two consecutive 10-year terms, one Federal and one State, his father, who had already paid over $25k for his son’s defense and fines, is paying for a second appeal on the Federal sentence. It involves police behavior and warrants under the 5th amendment and effects us all, but it will likely get this guy out of a 10 year sentence.
So, IF this person is a provable psychopath (and I think the MRI evidence would need to be 100% all the time to be used effectively), are you willing to defend his right to life after he gets out, finishes his mandatory supervision and then manages to find another vulnerable little girl? By then, of course, he will actually likely be defended as someone with a *minority attraction disorder* and receive some more psychological counseling.
Who is responsible for the damage to the little girls? What is their right to life?
