I had that, too. Aches and pains, swelling in the joints. Don't know if this sounds familiar. Somedays were okay, others were horrible.

Little did I know it was dietary. I'd been to doctor and doctor chasing a basket of growing ailments, never realizing they were all connected. Spent a lot of time and money treating the symptoms but not the problem.

If she does have candidas, it's very important to stick strictly to the diet. Candidas is a challenge to get under control, so no deviations or cheating. I was vigilant and saw amazing results after 3 months. Some folks aren't as vigilant and it takes them up to a year.

Thanks for the tip. She has radically changed her diet since her diagnosis but I have to admit she does cheat. She uses stevia or blue agave instead of sugar, she drinks decaf coffee and tea and we don't buy anything with soy in it which is tough to do.

I'm trying to get her to cut out anything with MSG in it but she loves ranch and bleu cheese dressing which I'm almost positive contains MSG.

Those seem to be the most common ingredients that are suggested to be removed from the diet of fibro sufferers.
