Good show on Tuesday 22 November. Andy was planning to be at the Republican debate that night, so he'll have some commentary and/or blog entries today.
The best part of the program was Andy interviewing his "guest", Fred Grandy. For those who might not know, Fred and Andy were canned from WMAL for daring to raise the topic of CAIR and criticizing radical Muslims.
Andy then found a home on competitor WTNT and does the 3-6 drive home slot. In this "interview" it almost sounded like the old WMAL program - very entertaining!

Hey Silvie, thought you’d enjoy this.
I miss those boys. Katherine Hamm is cute as a button and she would have made a nice addition to their show from time to time, but Fred and Andy together were fantastic. The Brians are a dud together, comparatively speaking. WMAL has a positive talent for jettisoning the best and brightest. Talk about self-destructive corporate thinking—!
I really enjoyed listening to them together last night, if only for a brief few minutes. My mind drifted back to my morning drives with WMAL. The interchange between the two was great as always. They didn’t miss a beat. I’m glad i stumbled onto AM 730 for the 3-6 p.m. timeslot. I detest listening to the broken record on WMAL in that timeslot and, prior to AM 730, couldn’t wait to switch to my Richmond talk radio station to catch Doc Thompson on AM 1140, WRIC.
Excellent! Thanks for posting, Cobol.
I actually heard it live yesterday at about 3:15pm.
Love to hear Andy & Fred together.
Happy Thanksgiving to all!
