I went to panel discussion at the Virginia Tea Party Convention last fall. Santorum, George Allen, Ken Cucinelli and Steve King were on the panel. I came away from that seriously disliking both Allen and Santorum. Santorum, in particular, was asked a question about federalism that he completely ignored and answered the question he wanted to answer.

Cucinelli and Steve King, OTOH, were awesome.

Maybe he thinks that if you want to find out about his positions, you should look him up on Google.... ;-)
