No, we don’t. The IA caucuses are six weeks from today (with Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years in between, sucking up minutes on the clock). The NH primary is a week later. After those two actual voting events, some candidates will be forced to drop out.
I suspect Bachmann and Santorum will be among them. I am somewhat suspicious of her kid glove treatment of Romney and rumors that she’d drop out against a commitment from Romney to be on his short-list for VP. If nothing else, that would undermine her (and her fans’) claims that she is the most solid conservative of the lot.
