I think we have clearly been told that these turkeys are being sacrificed to Allah. This isn't a case of accidental ingnorant ingestion, or worrying about which meat is and which meat isn't which, but a clear case referenced and covered by Paul here in this verse, where he instructs, now that his is a public issue, to NOT eat.

"But if any man say unto you, This is offered in sacrifice unto idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake: for the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof" (1 Corinthians 10:28).
