The whole deal is to take all the meaning out of the words, “sexual assault” just as the meaning has been leached out of “rape” by the womyns’ movement.
Of COURSE this is ridiculous. It trivialized “sexual assault” on purpose. That way, when some college coach is accused of it, no one takes it seriously.

Exactly! Just ask Herman Cain. Like the boy who cried wolf, what happens when someone who truly WAS sexaually assaulted comes forward?
