Liberal Ron Jr., emphatically stating that Romney will get the GOP nomination. This is a situation where the apple fell very far from the tree, I guess Ron Jr. doesn't remember where in 80 Bush Sr. had the nomination all but wrapped up and believed Time magazine in September 1980 that the 80 election was very close.
I’d like to see a DNA test on Jr.
In his case, the apple didn’t even fall in the same orchard.
Even if he gets nominated? Like Obama that much do you?
I hate Romney, but you can bet the farm I’ll be voting for him if he gets the nod. We just have to work hard to make sure that doesn’t happen, but if it does, sorry Megan, it’s Romney in 2012.
I’m a voting delegate at next years Washington State Caucus, I’ll do my part to help nominate a conservative, this is where we can shine and get a real candidate. I hope you do the same in your state, we can do better than Romney.
WE CERTAINLY DO NOT WANT OBAMMA II BY DEFAULT, now do we Megan?
Well then I guess it’s over... the fag has spoken.
Yes even if he's nominated. He's no different than Obama, and if we get a GOP Senate, it's more likely he will push through his socialist policies, than if Obama is in the White House, and we get gridlock.
Can't say that about Governor Romney.
Funny you mentioned that freak(s). The look on that guy’s face behind Queen Rhonnie almost made me throw up in my mouth a bit. That kind of images need a warning for the chronically heterosexual.
"..now there's a squeaking I haven't heard in a while"
Although dainty Ron Reagan’s opinion on the 2012 Republican presidential nominee is useless, it does give us yet another clear indication that Romney is definitely the Democrat’s choice. They just use the otherwise inconsequential Ron Reagan as another way, they hope, to lure uninformed Republican primary voters into thinking that, in a way, President Reagan, were he alive today, would be endorsing Mitt Romney. That may have actually worked, say, in 2000, but today, the divide between establishment Republicans and the TEA party - conservative - Republicans is so wide that I seriously doubt the opinion of a politically liberal, ballet dancing son of an admired and respected former president is going to convince anyone of anything. Romney is not going to be the Republican presidential candidate. He is another RINO and we’re in too much trouble to risk having a RINO like Mittens in the Oval Office.
I’m afraid Tinker Bell is right- much to my sorrow, it looks like it will be Romney.
Sorry, can’t go there with you. I will not vote for Obama by default. Wish you’d reconsider.
It’s a moot point anyway, Obama will crush Romney like a bug.
Why else where there be a rotation of the Republican candidate?
Obama’s Allies in the Media and Press have prove all they need to do is smear any Republican candidate and the Republican base will leave.
Newt is next and when Romney is all that is left.... They will trash him too. After all Romney will be the easiest one for Obama to beat.
It does not matter if we can beat Obama in a debate. Obviously smears in the Media and Press way a lot more to voters than actual facts, logic and substance.
The voters choice in 2012 will be
Obama (Marxist) vs. Romney (Socialist)
The fix is in... It will be Obama in 2012 unless the Republican voting base holds firm.
Warts and all Romney is infinitely preferable to Obama. We need to rid ourselves of some childish notion of ideological purity in the selection of our candidate. A basic conservative tenet is the humble wisdom of the second best, realizing that the best is historically impossible. Lord Bolingbroke nailed it: “The true point of political wisdom consists in distinguishing justly between what is absolutely best in speculation and what is best of the things practical in particular conjectures.” Wise counsel. I’m a big Newt fan and I really admire Ron Paul and would vote for either, but if Romney wins the nomination then count me in. Anyone but Obama!
Looks like JimRob and the admins are going to be real busy this election season.
He is no more Ronald Reagan’s son than I am.
If it’s the last decent thing Nancy ever does she should tell us who’s son it is.
I trust PeeWee farther than RR Jr.
Michael is more of a son than Ron Jr. is.
