The students should wear the US flag everyday of the school year.
The should state they are ‘offended’ by the mexican flag being worn on july 4th, flag day, lincoln’s birthday, Washington’s birthday, veteran’s day, constitution day, groundhog day, valentine’s day, and every day that ends with a ‘Y’.
If the ruling was meant to support a school’s authority to action there may have been some merit.
But we know the purpose was to hate America.
I bet if the point is to ‘not offend’ I could find some clothing worn on that same day which would have offended me, and I would have been required to shut up and deal with it.
FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. “The following day, about 200 hispanic kids marched out of school “for respect” waving Mexican flags down the street as they went.”
And just keep marching until you cross the border.
Here’s what the gutless principal at Live Oak High School should have said over the PA system on 4 May last year: “The American flag is welcome at this school every day of the week. Any Hispanic student who has a problem with that and creates contention of any kind, will be EXPELLED immediately. Have a great day.”
5 May is a “celebration” of an inconsequential fight in ONE Mexican state,Puebla, in 1862 between France and Mexico because Mexico didn’t pay it’s debt. Get over it.
Make wearing our colors MANDATORY. Let the illegals cry back to messy co.
UHHHHH...NO!!
Won’t take a no vote, I get a 404 message
This isn’t an issue with the school OR the administration. It is an issue of the PARENTS who quietly accept this kind of crap from school administrators who are typically paid six figures to generate “policies” that excuse them from having to do their jobs.
As long as the parents allow school administrators to flash a “policy” in front of them without a whimper, NOTHING will change. PARENTS need to develop their own “policy” that starts out with they don’t accept school “policies” that excuse administrators for being stupid, lazy, incompetent and overpaid!!
There was a time when school administrators actually had to earn their salaries by dealing with students one-on-one on a case-by-case basis. Now, they just whip out a policy so that they don’t have to deal directly with the students OR their parents. Imagine the expression on an administrator’s face when he thrusts policy under some parent’s nose, and the parent thrusts one back that rejects his policy!!
THAT, my FRiends, would be PRICELESS!!!

** Instead of punishing the Mexican Bullies - they went after the poor kid who supported their nation.
I am disgusted
What I get from this ruling is that the judge ruled in favor of the school penalizing these students because the judge realizes that the school administration cannot protect these students from a bunch of illegal immigration thugs.
Which makes me wonder why any American parent, after hearing or reading about the judge’s ruling, would willingly send their kids to this particular school.
Cyberschools are opening up all over the country. Several are opening in my state next year as charters. Students can learn in the privacy of their own homes. In the future, no one will have to send their kids to a school whose administration is so clueless or gutless they can’t or won’t protect AMERICAN students (for whatever reason) from illegal immigration Mexican thugs!
Gay judge’s same-sex marriage ruling upheld

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A federal judge has a message for those trying to salvage California’s gay marriage ban: Sure, the judge who threw out the measure last year is in a long-term relationship with a man, but he could still be fair to them. Chief U.S. District Court Judge James Ware’s ruling Tuesday rejected arguments that former Chief Judge Vaughn Walker would potentially benefit from declaring the ban unconstitutional. In his 19-page decision - a response to the first attempt in the nation to disqualify a judge based on sexual orientation - Ware had a bigger message.
