Which case, or is it a conglomeration of all of the conflicting circuit cases?

It will be mellow, as a state of kef. The Wall, coming to a town near you, and yes, he's playing Nashville in June.

argument, not testimony, and i’m sure it’s because there are various amicae participants in the case. It won’t just be appellee and appellant there are intervenors because of the magnitude of the case. my office had a 4th circuit argument on some of the regulations that we deal with, which are impacted by PPACA, and the courtroom was overflowing with specators, lawyers from firms who have other cases dealing with this issue, not involved in the case etc.

I’m not sure, i have to see which it was. But i imagine they would join together those cases which have been appealed to the Sup ct dealing with it. There are a variety of issues, severability being one, and the mandate being another, but there are other ancillary issues, like standing, as well.

Apparently, it was the FL case that they accepted. it mentions that other pending cases may be added on.

Five and a half hours of oral arguments have been scheduled. Other related cases are pending and may also be added to the docket. The largest and broadest legal challenge to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act comes from a joint filing by 26 states, led by Florida. It was that series of appeals the high court accepted for review. At issue is whether the "individual mandate" section -- requiring nearly all Americans to buy health insurance by 2014 or face financial penalties -- is an improper exercise of federal authority. The states also say that if that linchpin provision is unconstitutional, the entire law must be also go.

Sandusky uses sex to find kef
Not the kind Larry Flynt loves, nor Hef
Jerry used little boys
As his personal toys
To morals and rules, he was deaf

I wonder why the liberals are ignoring the race issue in that case.

apparently while the Sanitation dept is currently hosing out Zucotti Park, the OWS protestors have obstained a court order from some lib judge permitting them to reinfest? honestly, my head wants to explode with this. Weather is FAR too temperate, we need some bonechilling cold with rain and sleet about now to continue for the foreseeable future. it would be worth it.
