Marty, the first paragraph is in the lawsuit cited at the beginning of the thread.

The second part is an observation that someone made after searching for Zuckerman's name and finding his poker player profile. But, it's in error.

The bankruptcy filing (according to the court case) was September 15, 2010. The Poker tournament was September 17, 2011:
