It appears they were going after Nancy and they got the word to back off. So they had to throw a bunch of republicans in the mix so as to appear non partisan. Turns out it just showed how partisan they really are.
Only if this rises to the criminal level does it matter, i.e., insider trading.
If not, it’s “house ethics”, blah, blah.
