I’m thinking about doing Black Friday this year. They have a 55” Samsung TV that I’ve been looking at for about 1/3 off the price.

I’ve never done it before though and hopefully I can find a similar deal without bothering to stand out in the cold for hours on a holiday.

For the Great Deals expect to wait on line. Somehow the idea of standing on a line all night with my gut full of turkey and trimmings just doesn’t appeal to me. My strategy will be to look for great coupon deals, not wait on a line.

More than great Black Friday deals, I am hoping for some great coupon deals soon. I haven’t seen any really outstanding Walgreens deals involving coupons in months and yet earlier this year they had great deals week after week. Publix has also been rather lame lately. Best deal they had was in early September when you got a $10 gift card for $50 in purchases. Of course, I used coupons to take almost everything off that $50 in order to score a bunch of $10 Publix gift cards.

Good choice. We’ve had a 55 in Samsung for a few years and it is the best TV we’ve ever had. The HD pic is beautiful!!
