Well, after listening to the discussion, I realize that only one person on the panel even understands where baby penguins come from. The other guy just thinks the solution is to let the *gay* penguins adopt baby penguins (like *healthy gay couples do*) and that will solve the problem of a lack of penguins. Yes, he’s an idiot. Exactly! But from what I read, these penguins aren’t even exhibiting this. They are just liking to be together because they were raised in an area with nothing but males. One had a mate that died but the other one had none. To me it’s like male (or female) best friends from childhood. Love being together but no sex.
