Many things can change between now and Convention. That said, Cain is the most consistant candidate on the conservative side. I like Newt, but he has too much baggage. A Cain/Gingrich ticket, though might be good. Or a Cain/Palin ticket. ‘Balance’ might suggest a Cain/Perry ticket, but I would likely have a choking fit.

The ‘9’s’ only suggest to me that Cain recognizes a need for major tax overhaul. Given an adequate Congressional majority, I can see some changes in the overall scheme of tax things. As for the 16th, how do you repeal an ‘illegal’ amendment? :)

How do you get that the 16th Amendment, as repugnant as it is, is illegal?
