Slavery was a terrible thing, I am glad my country ended it. I have often wondered if the descendants of those slaves ever wish they were still in Africa rather than America. Personally I can't think of many things worse than being born in Africa today.

Slavery is indeed an evil thing. The indeginous black skinned do NOT desire to live in Africa. They desire compensation for their great-grand-parents (and earilier) liberty being violated by theri barbarian countrymen.

What is ignored is that their “civilized” - having the same customs & practices as those enslaved - neighbors caught their neighbors, and sold them when possible to the evil white man.
