Stronger Tasers! Ever watch “Cops?” Some of these big guys can take a Taser shot without blinking. (Others crumple.) The answer is stronger Tasers, plus the ability for me to acquire one. (Just me — no one else.)

Usually it is a failure for the dart to make good contact and a circuit. The desired hits are two darts in the skin with one in the torso and the other below the belt line. That should drop the guy.

The new version of Taser (coming soon to an episode of "COPS" near you) has two side by side cartridges so you can immediately fire a second volley. It will complete the circuit with any combination of the four darts. It has a new computer that monitors the circuit and actually uses less energy than the previous Taser.
