your husband is deficient in magnesium. get mag glycinate or malate...

Interesting, I'll make a note of that. I take magnesium, but he does not.

I have had neuropathy for 10 years after having chemo. It can be very bad. I take neurontin 4 times a day and it helps very much. Something to mention to your Dr.
Hope this helps. Prayers for you both.

Spacejunkie is exactly right.
His magnesium levels are too low!

Be sure to get a good quality magnesium - not from WalMart.

Also, it would not hurt to “encrust” with epsom salts, have him stand in a hot shower, get good and wet and apply the epsom salts all over, and let the steam keep him warm. After 10-20 minutes, just rinse off and allow the epsom salts to continue to be absorbed.
It gives such a feeling of tranquilty plus soft skin.

make sure you’re not taking it in the form of oxide. It doesn’t really absorb and causes diarrhea in the higher doses. Just a quick lesson; calcium is what constricts your muscles and magnesium is what loosens them. Almost all of us do not get enough mag and so you see the twitching, soreness, tightness, restless leg, fibromyalgia (I could go on and on). All of these are caused directly by mag deficiency. Let me know if you want more guidance.
