It was just a guy trying to give a different kind of speech where everything isn’t so serious like most of his campaign has been, tring a little to hard to be funny, then having the media splice together out-takes to make him look goofy and play it over and over.

It that simple.

It was a couple of minutes of snips from a 25 minute speech with a little creative doctoring (speeding up the video in parts, etc). If you watch the full thing, it is obvious he wasn’t drunk. Amazing what some idiot on YouTube can start with some free video editing software.

What a riduculous comment for a candidate to make....Well at least he identifies he's not up for the job. But then he never really wanted it as we know...but the pay to play was irresistable.
