I think we tend to see what we want to see on Fox. They employ quite a few liberals and a good many RINOs, granted, but they give the Republican point of view, which you won't see anywhere else. I think too many want Fox to be Free Republic on TV and it isn't, nor will it be if they don't want to depend on subscriber donations to survive. Fox News is a business. They give the political right equal time with the usual leftist bilge. They interview liberal politicians and conservative politicians and don't dismiss anything the political right says, like the other networks do. This notion I see on FR stating that Fox News is a tool of the left and/or the GOP establishment seems a tad overblown.
I realize that, for some, no network, no politician, no website will ever be conservative enough. However, for most of us, although we don't form our political opinions from Fox News commentators, we don't dismiss them as liberals masquerading as conservatives, either. I think they do attempt to be 'fair and bgalanced' but of course, no TV news network will ever be able to please every viewer. So be it. That's why I spend a lot of time on FR.
Look at the names some of our better folk select. You couldn't get that humble in the days when local saints spent their time in caves on mountain tops clothed only in rags, sleeping oncold stones ~
We don't need TV and TV doesn't need us.
We must all pray to God to deliver us from the plots of our enemies that'd put us all on cable!
