My memory fails me. Could you list his waffles?

Some say he is a bright guy but I question his so-called smarts. How smart is it to leave two ex-wives out there with all of the bad press he will get while traveling around with his 3rd wife-to-be on the taxpayers’ dime when he was speaker? Also, he resigned from the house right after he was re-elected because he created the mess with the shut down and blew the impeachment of Clinton. Smart? Not in my book, in fact, just the opposite! Not that it matters to me, but some one needs to explain why he had a half million dollar credit at Tiffanys. I mean, doesn't everyone?

My memory fails me. Could you list his waffles? How about the hypocrisy of having an affair with a staffer while prosecuting BJ Clinton for impeachment? ("But Yo-Yo, Clintoon was being impeached for lying, not for having an affair!" Too nuanced of a difference for the majority of the voters.)
No, Newt is a very intelligent strategist, but once he quit his speakership he forfeited his eligibility for any further office in my eyes, and his personal past is so riddled with problems that Newt would be a hit-piece journalist's wet dream.

Here is a post I made a few weeks ago listing the baggage that Gingrich has to overcome.
I'm a fan, but I accept these as things as character traits he has to overcome.

My memory fails me. Could you list his waffles? He is a fair weather friend. I am done with him. He quit when we were down and wants to ride the wave and enjoy the trappings of power now.
