What Rossi demonstrated was 470 kilowatts of continuous output in self-sustain mode

It was supposed to produce twice the output, and the article doesn't mention the running generator that was connected to the ecat. I guess some people are easy to impress.

Your comment is well meaning, but basically uninformed. You may or may not realize that the output of the Rossi device is heat.

On the other hand the motors that run the input water pumps require electricity. Therefore it is not surprising, nor is it suspicious to see a power supply on hand to power these pumps. You must also realize that all inputs to the system and outputs from the system are monitored and controlled.

If you assume that everyone else is as uninformed and gullible as you are, then I suppose you would assume that they would be as easily fooled. But in fact, there is no reason to suppose that the observers and participants in this demonstration were either uneducated incompetents, fools, or knaves.
