With CO2 emissions rising much more than predicted between 2009 and 2010

Bull$h!t. The world economy was in a horrid downturn during this period and should have actually produced less.

Exactly. Now initially I thought maybe the measured Global Cooling we have been experiencing that past decade has caused more human produced CO2 because we are trying to stay warm during winter. That increase however should be offset by less carbon production during summer and fall.

Anyone promoting this story is a crony. IE - Lying sack of poop.

We have, at least when measured at the official Mauna Loa measurement site. The weekly reading http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/gmd/ccgg/trends/weekly.html shows a 1.4 ppm increase from a year ago (1.4 ppm per year), but 20 ppm increase from 10 years ago (2ppm per year). Clearly the rise in CO2 is slowing.
