Here’s my challenge to Governor Palin:
“Sometimes we have to draw on some hidden reserve to do things we don’t necessarily want to do. This year, one of my sons was offered the head coach position for a travel hockey team. He needed an assistant coach or he would have to decline the position. So, at 70 years of age, and 30 years of coaching, I put the skates back on to help.”
I hope that it sets off an alarm bell.
Hopefully she’ll hear us and answer the call.
