He's been a chain smoking wreck probably hooked on prescription drugs at least since September of 2010. The fact that no one in the Secret Service has come forward to have the SOB removed tells you where their allegiance lies and it's not with the Constitution. I've long thought Barry would not run for reelection because doing so would be a threat to his narcissist mentality. The last time that view of himself was threatened, he admits he to doing a lot of street drugs. But, no one cared, not as long as the great savior of us all was going to be our first black president. Which, just shows where the allegiance of most people in this country lies and it's not with the Constitution.

He'll probably try to incite racial violence on a large scale by saying that "a black man" can't be president because the white folks and Jooooz can even keep the President from being able to govern. Of course, he means from being able to rule like a dictator, but it's one and the same thing in the mind of your basic narcissist. That's why such an obvious and sleazy attack on Cain is going on, they don't have anything else and the fact that there is another black man in the race who is taken seriously ruins the plans Barry has for his exit.

Generally it's not the guy at the top that makes those kinds of outrageous statements. He gets his lackeys to do it, and do it, they have been for a while now. I don't think he can get a whole bunch more mileage out of the race card, especially with Cain in the mix.
