Go to the bank, get some paper coin rolls...The banks here in Omaha won't take hand rolled coin anymore; in fact, they won't run your coin through their coin counters unless you have an account with them.

Banks are private busniesses, they are not part of the government. Why should they be forced to provide services (which cost them money) to a non-customer?
